NEW AGE ELECTRONICS STRENGTHENS DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT LINE THROUGH DISTRIBUTION DEALS WITH EASYMOUNT AND ETHEREAL

Makers of innovative home theater accessories turn to New Age to help drive retail channel sales

Carson, CA—March 1, 2006—New Age Electronics, Inc. (New Age), a leader in sales, logistics, remanufacturing and supply chain solutions for the consumer technology and audio/visual industries, announced today new partnerships with EasyMount, a division of Elexa Consumer Products, Inc., and Ethereal Home Theater, a division of Metra Electronics Corp. New Age will distribute EasyMount LCD and plasma television mounts into retail channels nationally, and has been named the exclusive retail distributor of Ethereal cables and accessories for the home theater.

Innovative and patented features such as integrated levels and two-piece designs make do-it-yourself installation simple and intuitive. New Age will begin driving eight EasyMount SKUs into the retail channel.
