NEW AGE ELECTRONICS STRENGTHENS TRANSPORTATION AND SALES TEAMS WITH INDUSTRY VETERANS

Mark Kirby, Director of Transportation, and Jake Jachym, Senior Account Executive, to Further Drive Success in Digital Entertainment

Los Angeles, CA—July 25, 2005—New Age Electronics, Inc. Kirby and Jachym will further drive the company’s push into the digital entertainment industry.

Mark Kirby, Director of Transportation – Kirby joins New Age to develop and implement new and innovative logistics strategies aimed at tailoring customized distribution solutions to meet the demands of the consumer electronics industry. He comes to New Age with nearly 30 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, most recently serving as global director of supply chain logistics for Leathertrend. Kirby has accumulated a formidable background in international traffic, computer integrated logistics solutions and transportation strategy. He has also served as committee and board member for industry groups such as Council of Logistics Management, National Industrial Transportation League and the American Home Furnishings Association.

Jake Jachym, Sr. Account Executive – Jachym comes to New Age with more than 25 years of experience in the selling, purchasing and marketing of consumer electronics in the retail and wholesale environments. At New Age, Jachym will service the Northeast territory, focusing on maintaining relationships face-to-face, educating retailers on digital convergence and selling a broad range of digital entertainment products. Previously, Jake managed a sales team at M. Rothman & Co., Inc., opening more than 350 new accounts. Jachym received a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
