New Age Electronics Signs Distribution Agreement with Panasonic
Los Angeles, CA — September 20, 2004 — New Age Electronics, Inc., a leader in sales, logistics, remanufacturing and supply chain solutions for the consumer technology industry, today announced a distribution agreement with Panasonic Consumer Electronics Company, a division of Matsushita Electric Corporation of America, a U.S. subsidiary of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (NYSE: MC).
Under the agreement, New Age will distribute Panasonic consumer electronics products to regional retailers throughout California, Arizona and Nevada. The agreement currently includes distribution of Panasonic’s line of Viera™ plasma and LCD digital televisions, Diga™ DVD recorders, portable CD/DVD players and more.
